Proofreading services focus on grammar, spelling, punctuation, clarity, and consistency. They do not include developmental editing, content rewriting, or structural changes unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

All services are provided based on information supplied by the client. Results may vary depending on third-party platforms, tools, or individual project circumstances.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and timely information

Review work and provide feedback within agreed timelines

Maintain access credentials when required

Delays in providing information may affect project timelines.

Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in individual proposals or invoices

Services may require payment before work begins

Late or non-payment may result in paused or terminated services

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

Final deliverables belong to the client once payment is completed

Soul Crafted Digital Studio Proofreads retains the right to showcase work for portfolio or promotional purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Soul Crafted Digital Studio is not responsible for:

Changes made by third-party platforms (such as Google)

Loss of rankings, traffic, or business results

Indirect or consequential damages

All services are provided “as is” without guarantees of specific outcomes.

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, proofreading services cannot guarantee the complete elimination of all errors. Clients remain responsible for final review and approval of their work.

Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. Any work completed up to the termination date must be paid in full.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Soul Crafted Digital Studio operates.
